Hello,
I got no signal with CooBlue.
I think I performed the staining correctly (rince native PAGE gel in water for 3x5min, fix gel 15min in metoh/acide, wash for 2x10min, stain with Cooblue for 1H.)
I though the protein quantity may be to low, because my sample are 3µg of a protein lysate (?)

Do you have an idea?

thank you so much

Dear Mista,

Regarding your Cooblue question, it seems you made all according to the protocol.
The sensitivity of the Cooblue is 5-20 ng of BSA per band. However, there are several proteins that cannot be stained with coomassie like staining solutions. I will suggest to run a BSA control in the same separation gel with your sample, just to be sure that all the staining steps are OK.

Best regards,

Interchim
