Can GelRed™ be used for polyacrylamide, DGGE, EMSA or PFGE (pulse-field) gels?
FAQ from Biotium

Yes. Please use the post-staining procedure for DGGE and EMSA gels.
For PFGE gels, the pre-cast or post-staining protocol may be used.
