Can the Calcein-labeled invasive cells be subcultured?
FAQ from Trevigen

Calcein is a non-toxic compound, and the labeled cells may be subcultured after completion of the assay. The cells should be removed from the cell dissociation solution and placed in fresh culture medium as soon as possible for best results.
