Could you please indicate me if crimpmate P/N : CMS-20 can be used with Methrom vials 6.2419.000 and caps 6.1448.050? Because I used electronic crimpers and after several crimping the vials broke and the jaw is blocked with glass part.
I need to do big series of crimping.
Or perhaps autocrimp CMSP-0 would be more appropriated?

The Metrohm vials are 6mL vials, very similar to Chromacol 6-CV products.
You report that the Electronic crimper being used with these vials is damaging them.
I would suggest that the crimper is being used to overcrimp the seal putting pressure on the neck and flange.
With repeat applications the neck may be weakened.
The septum cap part is very similar to a range of 20mm headspace seals with 3mm thick septa. A thicker seal will require the setting of the jaw to be released.
The Crimpmate may be used for crimping using the 20mm crimping jaw.
Although a manual process it is a simple one directional pull that can be controlled both by the Crimpmte setting and the operator.
For greater numbers the Autocrimp may be considered an option.
