Introduction, Rules & Guidelines

The purpose of Interchim's Forum & FAQ :

Interchim's Forum and FAQ aims at providing an helpfull (and peacefull) meeting place for all the scientists around the world.
The purpose of the forum is to be even closer to you and share ever more together.

The Interchim's Forum and FAQ is divided in four divisions : Chemicals, Analytical Sciences, Biochromatography & life Sciences.
In our Forums you can find Topics created by our members to solve their troubles or share their experiences, FAQ created by Interchim and also Protocol, Troubleshooting or Checklist to help you in your laboratory life.

You can ask your questions about products, instruments, applications, find anwsers in the already answered topics or in our FAQ and, of course, help others members, share your passion, experiences and expertise.

Forum Rules
1/ Spam, advertising and Self-promote are forbidden in the forums
These forums define spam as unsolicited advertisement for goods, services and/or other web sites, or posts with little, or completely unrelated content.
In case of spam or advertising, your message will be deleted by the moderator.

2/ Please remain respectful of other members at all times

You have, of course, every right to disagree with your fellow community members and explain your perspective but all posts should remain professional, polite and courteous.
Please while posting, keep in mind, that the forums should remain an helpfull and peacefull place.

3/ To ensure your own personnal safety:
Please do not give personnal informations in the forums (as email addresses, skype name or phone number) and do not ask others members for that.

4/ Do not post copyright-infringing material or “offensive” posts, links or images.
Any material which constitutes defamation, harassment, or abuse is strictly prohibited. Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene, racist, or otherwise overly discriminatory is not permitted on these forums.

General Posting Guidelines
1/ Before Posting
Feel free to use the Search fonction (in the top of the website).
Enter your keywords and you will see if there is already a answer for your question in our forums or FAQ.
It will help you to save time.

2/ Be registered
Interchim's politics is to offer a full transparency to our customers or non-customers.
You can read all the forum whithout being registered, but if you want to post a topic, you will need to create a account (it takes few seconds).
If you already are an Interchim's customers, during the creation of your account in our general website, you can choose a name for the forum and you will be automatically registered when you go in our Forum & FAQ section.

3/ Use a descriptive Topic Name
The lenght of the topic name is limited, using keywords is better than "I need help" in a topic name.

4/ Be descriptive in your message
The more details you give about your troubles in your message, the easiest we, or our members, can help you.

5/ Please refrain from posting the same question in several forums.
There is normally one forum which is most suitable in which to post your question.
If your message is not in the appropriate forum, we will move it.

6/ Accepted languages to post in the Forum?
French and English are both accepted to post in the Interchim's Forum & FAQ section.

7/ Who will answer to my questions ? In How many time ?
As you can see, every divisions of the forum (Chemicals, Analytical Sciences, Biochromatography & life Sciences) has its own moderator and dedicated Team.
Our dedicated Team will answer to you as soon as possible or a member of our community.
Please keep in mind that some questions could need time to give you the best answer .
