With 2 sensors, how do I use the UV ratio as a purity indicator?
Concerned instruments: puriFlash 215, puriFlash 430, puriFlash 450, puriFlash 4100, puriFlash 4250
Concerned module: software

During a purification run, when 2 wavelengths, or more generally 2 sensors, are used, you can display the ratio.
This function provides an indication of product purity.
If the eluted product is pure, absorbance is a linear function of its concentration in the solvent.
The absorbance at each wavelength will be different, but will remain linear according to concentration in the solvent.
If the eluted compound contains impurities, the signal ratio will be completely different.
