You can use our Design Center to identify siRNA target sites and to design the insert (http://www.genscript.com/rnai.html)

You send us the sequence of the designed DNA insert

You can either use GenScript siRNA vector or ship us commercially available siRNA vector. The charge is one-time cost, and you do not have to pay for future usage of the same vector.

GenScript will synthesise the DNA insert, clone the insert into the vector that you desired, and sequencing verify it.

The final plasmid (Miniprep or Maxiprep) will then be delivered to you together with the sequence data.
