Disposable, fast, inexpensive desalting for biomolecules with MW above 20KDa

Filled with Sephadex G-25. Exclusion limit is 5.103 MW for globular proteins. Void volume is 2.5ml. Stable to pH 2-13, and organic solvents (concentrations usually <10%).
