FASTDIALYSER

FastDialyzer are convenient re-usable dialysis units :

• FastDialyzer are easy to use: The FastDialyser method of loading and unloading sample is easy, efficient, and helps prevent sample loss.

• FastDialyser work fast - most equilibration times average 30 minutes to one hour with simple dialysis of salts or buffer exchange. You may choose your own membranes (and MWCO) «right off the shelf» to use with a FastDialyser. 

• FastDialyser are reusable and rugged, which reduces cost and minimizes bio-hazardeous waste.

• FastDialyser are available in a range of convenient volumes : 0.1 ml, 0.5 ml, 1,0ml and 5ml.

Choose the right dialysis membrane for your FastDialyzer amongst cellu.Sep membranes, or ask up time (flat sheets, precut disks).

Note: Multiple FastDialyser can be used in the same beaker, depending on the size of the beaker.

1. Apply the sample in the bottom well

Sample volume must be between 50µl and the maximum depending on the model.

The chamber should contain a bubble that help to mix the sample during dialysis.

2. Assembly

Set a 2.5 x 2.5 cm² square membrane on the bottom chamber, and push the top part to fix the membrane.

3. Dialysis

Put the device in buffer under constant agitation.

Allow the dialysis to occur at least 30 min (0.1 µl) or more depending on the sample type and size.

4. Recover the sample

The sample can be removed by aspiration with a syringe though a needle (puncture the membrane), or a micropipette though a tip.

FastDialysers units can be cleaned by glassware washing machines and laboratory detergents, and with Ultrasonic cleaners.

Cellu•Sep® Membrane Squares

CelluSep® membranes are available cut in 55x55mm squares for using with FastDialysers. One square suits to 5ml FastDialyser (1dialysis procedure), and to 1ml, 0.5ml, and 0.1mlk FastDialysers (easch square may be cut in 4 pieces). A brief rinse in distilled water is recommended before use.
