Chemiluminescent Peroxidase Substrate for Blotting

Uptima is pleased to introduce Uptilight, the best chemiluminescent substrate of peroxidase in the market. Uptilight produces in presence of peroxidase a particularly intense luminous emission thanks to different proprietary agents increasing ans sustaining the photonic emission. Uptilight blotting substrate is optimized for the detection of the immobilized peroxidase, especially in Dot, Western, Southern and Northern- blotting techniques with nitrocellulose, nylon and PVDF membranes. The signal is registered on radiographic films, light scanners or CDD camera.

UptiLight products obtains excellent results more rapidly than with others, only 1-15minutes : it is designed to drastically reduce the operating time, and give a rapid and lasting signal with minimal background to favor sensitivity and yield contrasted images. The good stability of signal allows furthermore multiple re-exposure of the film in order to refine the intensity of revelation, or in order to obtain several copies.

Superior Light Emission Stability

The different Substrates (UptiLight, ECL (A), ECL +(B), SS West pico (C) are used to stain a blot of IgGs revealed with an HRP labeled anti IgG. Blots were scanned simultaneously during 1 minute with a phosphorImager™ after a 16 min to 2 hours incubation ot the blot with substrate.
