Immuno Affinity

Affinity supports form part of a much larger family of products manufactured by Interchim, dedicated to the Life Science Industry, these products collectively form Interchim's Uptima Life Science product range.

Uptima affinity supports are based upon a modified (4 % and 6 % reticulated) agarose known as Affarose and Affarose Xtrem, they exhibit chemical and thermal stability as well as non-adsorbance, characteristics.

The Uptima range of affarose supports include Protein A, Protein G and Protein L for the purification of immunoglobulins and Glutathione for recombinant protein (GST tagged) purifications.
