Upti-VIF

 

Upti-VIF HPLC columns are dedicated to "fast" analysis. Columns are short and consist of a "male" connector, which facilitates the direct connection of the column to the MS unit. Upti-VIF columns are available with 2 and 4 mm i.d. These are the most commonly required internal diameters, providing compatibility for APCI and electrospray.

  • Length : 20 mm

  • 2.0 and 4.0 mm i.d.

  • Filled and tested individually

  • Despached with their own test chromatogram

Garanteed granulometry : [3 µm +/- 0.2] - [5 µm +/- 0.3]

The 4.0 mm i.d Upti-VIF column has proven to be an ideal tool for sample trapping in trace analysis applications.

 

Post-column reactors

These reactors (20 x 4.0mm) are filled with zinc powder (reducting agent). They are inserted between the column and the detector.

Turbulent Flow Chromatography (TFC)

TFC is a recently developed specialised method which can achieve quicker sample recovery. The technique is based upon a high flow homogeneous diffusion of sample and is valuable tool for pharmaceutical departments such as DMPK or other centres performing bio analysis.

Interchim recommend two types of support for TFC applications :

  • Silica : 50 µm Uptisphere

  • Polymer : 70-75 µm Atoll
