Problems with cell at high sensitivities

Hello,

I encounter different problems with my cell at high sensitivities, here's the list:
* I find particles in the capillary and in the HSC during assembly.
* I see a current drop within a few runs.
* I observe seal disintegration in cell causing current leaks then a 'pool' of liquid in the cassette or leaking on the outlet capillary fitting.
* I see leak current indicator on the GUI.

Can you help me ?

Thanks

What you can do :

*All HSC capillaries undergo a new cleaning procedure after the bevelling process and will now ship with end-caps on BOTH ends of the capillary
*All fittings are inspected for adherence to dimension tolerance
*Slight increase in the OD of the seals to prevent them from moving back into the fitting screw
*Improved QC testing to the cell
