GC column for pesticide isn't sensitive to fat

Hi,

I want a GC column for pesticide that isn't sensitive to fat, what can you advise me?

Hello Maureli,

Pesticide analysis is usually performed on HP-5MS, DB-XLB or DB-35MS.
Normally oil matrices are avoided by sample preparation and/or the use of a retention gap in front of the column, or backflush capability
On the other hand I´ve never heard about a GC column which is not sensitive to the fat contents, sorry...
