J'ai trouvé cela ( en anglais désolée) :
COLUMN CONDITIONING
1. Connect the column to the injection port side of your GC. Do not connect the column to the detector during conditioning.
2. At room temperature, purge the column for 30 minutes with carrier gas. This will remove any air which could be detrimental to your column.
3. After 30 minutes, temperature program at 8C/minute - from room temperature to 20 °C above your upper operating temperature. NOTE: NEVER EXCEED THE MAXIMUM OPERATING TEMPERATURE OF THE STATIONARY PHASE.
4. The maximum temperature for Carbosphere is 400°C
5. Generally, conditioning the column overnight is adequate.
6. Cool to room temperature, check and set proper flow rate for your analysis, connect the column to the detector.
