Valve leak in nut

Hello,

I have a problem with a valve on the part number RV-SC2-S6B-PTNB.
When I screw the nut so that there was no leaks on port 2 the valve rotates slower and if I do the same thing on the port n°3 the valves stops turning.
However if I screw less strong there are leaks on my two ports.
There is no problem on other ports.
So I would like to know if you have already had this problem and if you have a solution?

Many thanks,
Sookie

Are you employing a flat bottom seal fitting that has enough depth of thread to enter the port and seal on the flat bottom? There is no standard for fitting depth and some are quite shallow. This may cause over tightening and damage to the port and threaded insert.

Have a good day,
Fawk
