Hi,

I have a seal who has some sample deposits inside the rubber lips. I don't understand why, et how to get rid?

Hello Mary,

This can to happen if liquid traces from the sample are still outside the needle and get wiped off by the seal lips.
You may just put the seal in i-Propanol and ultrasonic for 30 min. This will most likely remove these deposits and seal may work again
