Hi,

I would like to know if eGFP have stronger signal than FP XXL? (FP 521XXL and FP481XXL) because those have a fairly low molar absorbance, around 50,000 (emission's intensity limited)

I recommend you to try these reagents . The important timing delay between lenghts excitation and emission of the FP 521XXL or FP 481XXL allows detection of signals at many different wavelengths compare to eGFP, while maintaining a certain sensitivity.
