The Sodium Borate Buffer pH 8.5 can be prepared according to the following percent additions to DI water which will yield the following Molar solutions :
0.2970% w/v= 25mM
0.5947% w/v= 50mM
1.1894% w/v= 100mM
1.7841% w/v= 150mM
Any additional concentrations can be derived from the above percent solutions of Sodium Borate Buffer pH 8.5.
