I uses a semi dry apparatus to transfer geBaGels (12%).
I have some problem of electric current: the voltage increase a lot, then the apparatus stop because of a big increasing.
What is the explanation and solution?

I do not know the explanation for the increasing of the electric current, but usually the cause of such increasing is the transfer buffer. Did you adjust the pH of the transfer buffer?
My suggestion is to use a Tris-Glycine (25 mM and 192 mM respectively) with 20% methanol transfer buffer (no SDS). Apply 2.5 mA for every square centimeter of membrane. Aplly the current for 45 min.
