Biotin-HPDP adversely affect by DMSO

The material should only be dissolved in DMSO immediately prior to use (not stored aliquoted in solvent). DMSO is hygroscopic and the moisture absorbed by DMSO from the atmosphere can adversely affect the Biotin-HPDP.
