What is best method for sterilizing CoverWell Perfusion Chambers?

All of the materials are temperature resistant (absent the poly liner on the surface).
The adhesive can soften a bit when heated but goes back to “normal” upon cooling.
ETO is fine also, so is alcohol and you can lightly flame them briefly.
The key thing is not to allow the parts to curl, I prefer to press them to a microscope slide during autoclaving to keep them flat.
The silicone absorbs moisture so allow them to dry for several hours before use.
Autoclaving is the easiest method.
