Both use adhesive to seal to the slide, both have a plastic cover with filling ports.
The adhesive is different: HybriWells bond to the glass using a silicone based adhesive, SecureSeals bond to the glass using an acrylic based adhesive.
Depending on your application and reagents, one adhesive may work better for you.
