The DIVAA™ (Cat #3450-048) angioreactor prevents assay errors due to re-adsorption of the basement membrane extract by the mouse. The assay also has lower dose requirements for angiogenic modulating factors compared to the plug assay, and multiple data points can be generated in one mouse.
