Comet assay variability lead to the development of our new CometAssay® Electrophoresis System.
Conventional slab gel electrophoresis chambers are not designed to eliminate all known causes of comet assay variability.
They can be used, but they require optimization by the user to achieve consistent results.
We recommend using Trevigen’s CometAssay® Electrophoresis System which addresses these issues and for highly reproducible results.
