Difference between flacon 40-EPAVCS-PC and 40-EPAVCS-PC3?

Hello,

Could you plesae indicate me the difference between flacon 40-EPAVCS-PC and falcon 40-EPAVCS-PC3 . The first is Class 200 pre-cleaned and the second Class 300 pre-cleaned but what does it mean?

Level 200 Cleaning: These containers are processed and packaged under a strict registered ISO Quality Management System, however level 200 products are not certified. Every case of product is labeled with its production number and is custody sealed to ensure chain-of-custody.

Level 300 Cleaning: The containers are laboratories certified to meet US EPA Super Fund Standards in an accordance with the latest edition of EPAs specification and Guidance for contaminant Free Sample Containers. The level 300 Certificate of Analysis is backed by third party generated validatable laboratory data, and provides complete traceability through the production process. Every case of level 300 product contains a Certificate of Analysis and is customer sealed to ensure reliable chain-of-custody.
