When creating the method, you can adjust the temperature and gain of the FLASH-ELSD.
During the run, you can change the gain, but not the temperature.
Gain adjustment: 1 to 12
Temperature adjustment: ambient temperature to 120 °C
When you create the method via "File management", these 2 parameters are defined on the "Settings" tab for temperature and on the "Detection" tab for gain.
