I have noticed a leak, what should I do?
Concerned instruments: puriFlash 215, puriFlash 430, puriFlash 450, puriFlash 4100, puriFlash 4250
Concerned module: pump & column support

A/ The leak comes from above the column:
This leak is caused by an improperly tightened connector.
Tighten the "Male-1/4"-28 Female Luer Lock" connector.
If the problem persists, replace the connector.

B/ The leak comes from the base of the column support
It may: 1/ be due to a damaged connector:
In this case, replace the "Male-1/4"-28 Female Luer Lock" connector
2/ be due to a Peek ring problem:
Ensure that the PEEK ring is present in the base of the column support.
Replace it if the problem persists.

C/ The leak comes from the pump head
This is most likely due to improperly tightened connectors.
Check and tighten the connectors and ferrules.
If the problem persists, replace the defective connectors and ferrules.

D/ The leak comes from the black retort stand above the column
This is most likely due to an improperly tightened connector.
Tighten the "Male-1/4"-28 Female Luer Lock" connector, along with the "long nut" connector above it.
