I am getting a communication error with the pump, what should I do?
Concerned instruments: puriFlash 215, puriFlash 430, puriFlash 450, puriFlash 4100, puriFlash 4250
Concerned module: pump & control unit

Several factors can cause a communication error with the pump:

A/ If on the traces, you see "WIFI ERROR" displayed, then the virtual keyboard has not been turned off.
The virtual keyboard is conflicting with a communication port.
Close the virtual keyboard and reboot the system.

B/ The fans at the rear of the pump are not functioning, the fuses may be defective.
Replace the fuses (quantity: 2). To replace these fuses, please contact the After-sales service.

C/ The pump is blocked:
Check whether the pump functions after having operated it manually.
If this is the case, the firmware needs to be updated from the PF_Flow_max pressure_p101 (determined by the failed system). For this, contact the After-sales service.

D/ The pump CPU board is defective:
On older puriFlash 430 versions, replace the Phytec module and/or the CPU 2006 board.
For new puriFlash 430 versions and all other puriFlash units, replace the CPU2010 board.
For diagnosis and replacement, contact the After-sales service.

For the PF430 instrument only:
E/ The software version is not compatible with the pump firmware.
This case has been observed for a v5.0b.09 software version with a pump containing a CPU2006 board and 3.00 firmware. Update the pump firmware (e.g.: for a CPU2006 board, the latest version is 3.07). To perform the update, contact the After-sales service.
