Collector arm doesn't position itself correctly above tubes

Concerned instruments: puriFlash 215, puriFlash 430, puriFlash 450, puriFlash 4100, puriFlash 4250
Concerned module: collector
There are several possible causes:
A) The rack has not been correctly fitted.
B) Wrong rack selected.
1) Ensure that the racks have been correctly fitted.
2) Ensure that the correct rack has been selected in the method.
3) Check the rack parameters.
If the problem persists, contact the After-sales service.
