Communication error with the collector (puriFlash)

I am getting a communication error with the collector, what should I do?
Concerned instruments: puriFlash 215, puriFlash 430, puriFlash 450, puriFlash 4100, puriFlash 4250
Concerned module: collector


There are 6 possible causes for this communication problem with the collector:
A/ Defective fuse

Replace the fuses (quantity: 2). Please contact the After-sales service for replacement.

B/ Collector board incorrectly initialised

Turn the collector off, then on again. If the problem persists, contact the After-sales service

C/ The collector has lost all the rack settings

Manually enter the default rack settings.
For this, see Service Inffo# Rack setup v2.

D/ In the settings, one of the rack codes is greater than 49

The collector board can only accept 50 parameters (code 0 to 49). If a code is greater than 49, the board cannot take it into account.

E/ The RS232 cable is improperly connected or defective, or the pump COM port is defective:
Check RS232 cable connection and test with another RS232 cable if necessary.
If the problem persists, contact the After-sales service.
