Concerned instruments: puriFlash 215, puriFlash 430, puriFlash 450, puriFlash 4100, puriFlash 4250
Concerned module: control unit
This is due to incorrect PC configuration.
Perform a cross test by connecting another recognized module to the incriminated port(s).
If this module does not work, enable the ports if they are disabled.
If the problem persists, contact the After-sales service.
