Dilution Information

This product has been assayed against 5 g of Biotin by a Standard sandwich ELISA assay using ABTS (2,2'-Azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiozoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Suggested working dilution:  1:6,000 - 1:25,000

Buffer (pH:7.2)

0.15M Sodium Chloride

0.02M Potassium Phosphate

Stabilizer

10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA)

Preservative

0.1% (w/v) Gentamycin Sulfate

Storage

4C before opening.  Reconstitute with 2.0 ml of distilled water, aliquot and freeze.  Expiration date is one (1) year from reconstitution date.

Purity

This is an IgG fraction obtained from monospecific antisera by delipidation, salt fractionation and ion-exchange chromatography.A single precipitin arc was observed against Biotinylated IgG, Biotinylated Bovine Serum Albumin, anti-Rabbit serum and anti-Horseradish Peroxidase when assayed by immunoelectrophoresis
