This product has been assayed against 5 g of Goat IGG by a Standard sandwich ELISA assay using ABTS (2,2'-Azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiozoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Suggested working dilution:  1:5,000 - 1:20,000

10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA)

Storage

4C before opening.  Reconstitute with 1.0 ml of distilled water, aliquot and freeze.  Expiration date is one (1) year from reconstitution date.

Purity

This product has been prepared from monospecific antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography using Goat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by multiple solid phase adsorptions to remove cross reactivity. A single precipitin arc was observed against Goat IgG, Goat serum, anti-Peroxidase and anti-Donkey serum when assayed by immunoelectrophoresis.  No reaction was observed against chicken, guinea pig, hamster, horse, human, or rabbit serum proteins.
