Purity |
This product has been prepared from monospecific antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by multiple solid phase adsorptions to remove cross reactivity. A single precipitin arc was observed against Mouse IgG, Mouse serum, anti-Alkaline Phosphatase and anti-goat serum when assayed by immunoelectrophoresis. No reaction was observed against bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, hamster, horse, human, mouse, rabbit, rat or sheep serum proteins. |
