This product has been assayed against 5 g of Mouse IgG by a Standard sandwich ELISA assay using (2,2'-Azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiozoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Suggested working dilution:  1:3,000- 1:10,000

Storage

4C before opening. Reconstitute with 1.0 ml distilled water, aliquot and freeze.  Expiration date is one (1) year from reconstitution date.

Purity

This product has been prepared from monospecific antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by multiple solid phase adsorptions to remove cross reactivity. A single precipitin arc was observed against Mouse IgG, Mouse serum,

anti-peroxidase and anti-donkey serum when assayed by immunoelectrophoresis.  No reaction was observed against bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, hamster, horse, human, rat, rabbit or sheep serum proteins.
