This product has been assayed against 5 g of Rat IgG by a Standard sandwich ELISA assay using ABTS (2,2'-Azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiozoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Suggested working dilution:  1:4,000 - 1:17,000

Storage

4°C before opening.  DO NOT FREEZE.  Reconstitute with 1.0 ml distilled water, aliquot and freeze.  Expiration date is one (1) year from reconstitution date.

Purity

This product has been prepared from monospecific antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by multiple solid phase adsorptions to remove cross reactivity. A single precipitin arc was observed against Rat IgG, Rat serum, anti-Peroxidase and anti-goat serum when assayed by immunoelectrophoresis.  No reaction was observed against bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, hamster, horse, human, mouse, rabbit or sheep serum proteins.
