Dilution Information

This product has been assayed by ELISA against 5 g of  biotinylated IgG using ABTS (2,2'-Azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiozoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Suggested working dilution: 1:3,000 - 1:12,000    

Buffer (pH:7.6)

0.14M Sodium Chloride

0.01M Sodium Phosphate

Stabilizer

10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA)

Preservative

0.1% (w/v) Gentamycin Sulfate

Storage

4C before opening.  Reconstitute with 1.0 ml of distilled water, aliquot and freeze.  Expiration date is one (1) year from reconstitution date.

Purity

Electrophoretically pure Avidin was conjugated to peroxidase.  A single precipitin arc was observed against biotinylated IgG, anti-peroxidase and anti-avidin when assayed by immunoelectrophoresis.
