Dilution Information

This product has been assayed against 1.0 (g of Rabbit IgG by a STANDARD SANDWICH ELISA ASSAY USING (2,2’-Azino-bis-(3-ethylbenthiozoline-6-sulfonic acid) ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.  A working dilution of 1:2,000 to 1:8,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested.

Storage

Store vial at 4(C before opening.  Restore with 1.0 ml distilled water, aliquot and freeze.  Expiration date is one (1) year from reconstitution date. 

Purity

This product has been prepared from monospecific antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rabbit IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by multiple solid phase adsorptions to remove cross reactivity.  A single precipitin arc was observed against Rabbit IgG, Rabbit serum, anti-peroxidase and anti-goat serum when assayed by immunoelectrophoresis.  No reaction was observed against bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, hamster, horse, human, mouse or sheep serum proteins
