Dilution Information

This product has been assayed against 1.0g of Mouse IgG by a Standard sandwich ELISA assay using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS substrate.

Suggested working dilution:  1:20,000- 1:90,000

0,14M Sodium Chloride

10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA)

Storage

4°C before opening. Reconstitute with 1.0 ml of distilled water, aliquot and freeze.  Expiration date is one (1) year from reconstitution date. Concentration after reconstitution is 2mg/ml.

Purity

This product has been prepared from monospecific antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a Single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum.
