Applications :

Cf Reactivity
- can be used as second antibody in immunoassays
- can be labelled with biotin, peroxidase and FITC
- can be used for capture elisa: good binding on plastics
- can be used in western blot analysis (only in non denaturated conditions)
- can be used in immunoaffinity chromatography (Solid phase Sepharose 4B CNBr act.)
- can be coated on nitrocellulose (dot-elispot)

Lyophilization :

Yes, possibly with a low denaturation.

- cannot be used for immunopurification
