- Recombinant and natural human IL-2, bound to IL-2 receptors on PHA-activated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (detection by U.V. microscopy and flow cytometry)
- Recombinant IL-2, in the cell line BHkp-BEH transfected with the human IL-2 gene (detection by U.V. microscopy only, on saponin permeabilized cells)
- LO-hIL2-1 and LO-hIL2-3 do not seem to bind to the same epitope.

Avidity :

on recombinant human IL-2: 7.9 x 108 M-1

Applications :

Cf Reactivity
- can be labelled with FITC, biotin and peroxidase
- can be used for capture elisa (good binding on plastics) this mab is prepared without sodium azide
