Applications :

Cf Reactivity
- can be used for capture elisa: good binding on plastics
- can be labelled with biotin, FITC and peroxidase.
- Second antibody in immunoassays
- cannot detect membrane IgG on human lymphocytes
- can be used in immunoaffinity chromatography for purification of human igg (solid phase Sepharose 4B CNBr act.)
- can be used to reveal IgG antibody binding on cells by immunofluorescence (flow cytometry)
