Cross-reactivity :

Does not cross-react with guinea pig, chicken, rabbit, goat, sheep, cow, horse, dog, swine, baboon immunoglobulins. Does not cross-react with mouse Ig (ELISA test).

Applications :

Cf Reactivity
- can be used for capture elisa (good binding on plastics)
- can be labelled with FITC, biotin and peroxidase
- can be used as second antibody in immunoassays
- can be used to detect membrane ig k on human lymphocytes
- can be used in immunoaffinity chromatography for purification of Human Ig k (Solid phase Sepharose 4B CNBr act.)
