100 bp Ladder (K180-250無; 60痢) for 50 assays

1 Kb Ladder (K181-500無) for 100 assays

 

Description:

100 bp Ladder - contains (13) linear double-stranded DNA bands of 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1500, 2000 and 3000 base pairs. The DNA quantity of each band per 5無 sample is as follows:

  •   50 ng - 100, 200, 300, 400, 600, 700, 800 and 900 bp bands.

  • 130 ng - 500 bp band

  • 100 ng - 1000 bp band

  • 200 ng - 1500, 2000, and 3000 bp bands

1 Kb Ladder - contains (10) linear double-stranded DNA bands of 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 8000 and 10,000 base pairs. The intensity of the 3000 bp band is 3X greater than the other bands.

 

Usage:

5痞 / assay (use 6X agarose loading dye)

 

Storage:

-20蚓, stable for 1-year.

1 Kb Ladder

100 bp Ladder was separated on a 2.0% Agarose I gel using 1X TAE buffer and stained with SYBR Green I Nucleic Acid Stain. 1 Kb Ladder was separated on a 0.75% Agarose I gel using 1X TAE buffer and stained with ethidium bromide.
