| Simply add the desired amount of electrophoresis loading dye to 5 µL of PCR DNA Marker PLUS to achieve the desired ratio of dye to sample. For example, 1.0 µL of 6X electrophoresis loading dye to 5 µL of PCR DNA Marker PLUS yields a ratio of 1X. Load the mixture into a gel well and proceed with your electrophoresis application. |

As a result of the increased number of DNA fragments compared to other PCR* markers, PCR DNA Marker PLUS makes DNA size determination more precise. PCR DNA Marker PLUS can be used in all electrophoresis applications in which the fragment size of the DNA is less than 2,000 bp.
